I don’t have Adobe Photoshop and want to place two photos right beside each other and make them one photo. I also have an iMac. Do you know of any online website or application I can use to combine the photos?

I draw all the time and wanted to start altering them in a program, but most people use a tablet such as wacom and I don’t have anything like that. I’ve heard it’s difficult to do line art on scanned images. Does anyone have a process for uploading sketches to say Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator that works really well? Any help would be appreciated on this issue.

I have made a screenshot directly from a handheld electronic device and am trying to reduce the image size using Photoshop CS3. When I have it the size I want it to be, all the images and text on the image are blurry and no longer readable. How can I reduce it and still have a crisp image?

The problem is that I used the magic eraser tool in Photoshop to get rid of the background, and still a white background shows up when I drag it into InDesign. I heard that I have to do something with a clipping path, but I don’t know what. Please help?

On my school graphics computer, I can download fonts – but I can’t install them via windows or click-drag into the fonts folder. Is there a way I can load a font into photoshop from the file itself, like I can brushes or styles?

I have a couple large 300dpi stock photos that i’m using for a publication I’m designing for work. When I shrink them down (with constrained proportions of course), the pictures have really blocky edges when it comes out for printing. Also, the text is blocky as well.
The publication has a res of 300dpi. I’m using Photoshop CS3.
How do I get the text and pictures sharp for printing?

When I make graphics on GIMP and save them, then upload to photobucket, they are mildly fuzzy and distorted. When I save them on paint, the same thing happens. Yet when I use a computer that has photoshop on it to save the graphics in photoshop and upload them on photobucket they look fantastic. What can I do, other than buying photoshop, to make my images have the same quality?
I ALWAYS SAVE AS .PNG.

I’ve read that it can be useful in creating compositions for drawing and painting. Do you think I could teach myself with the software and books or videos from the library? Also, what other uses does Adobe Photoshop offer for the visual artist (painters, not photographers)?

I’m creating an animation in Photoshop CS4. Whenever I rotate a layer on a new frame it also rotates on the previous frames. I’ve looked about the settings etc and haven’t found a solution. I’m relatively experienced with Photoshop and it’s kinda annoying me! Any help would be amazing!
