Lost Photographs From Sigma Dp2 Camera

Sigma DP2 is one of the most powerful compact digital camera released by Sigma Corporation. The camera features 14 mega pixel camera, 24.2 mm F2.8 lens, photo pro software, and three metering and four exposure modes. The camera supports three types of memory cards, including SD (Secure Digital), SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity), and MMC (MultiMediaCard). These three storage devices save photographs, audios, and videos in the form of digital data. This digital data saved in any of the above memory cards becomes inaccessible, if the card gets corrupted. To access the digital data post memory card corruption, the user needs to restore a copy of all the files from an updated backup. However, if a backup copy of data is not available or is corrupted, then you need to use advanced Photo Recovery Software.

Consider a practical case, where your SDHC memory card gets corrupted due to improper shutdown of the camera. When you attempt to access the files saved in the SDHC card, you are unable to do so. The below error message stops you from accessing the data:

“Incompatible file system. Format Card”
