This item says it works with the XTi and it actually does not. I bought it because it says it does, but when I got it, the instructions informed me that it does not actually work with the XTi.

I purchased this remote to be able to use from near, next to or behind my Canon EOS xsi when on a tripod to avoid camera shake, but it only seems to work if you’re some distance right in front of the camera. I didn’t get it to take pictures of myself, so for me it’s kindof useless.
