How to convert Sony Camcorder miniDVD to the computer for editing and hen burning onto normal size DVD?

I have a load of MiniDVDs from my Sony Camcorder and I would like to edit them on the computer somehow. The included CD is rubbish.
I need some good software that will take this format, edit it and burn it onto DVD.
Whatever it is, tell me! I will read all suggestions hopefully.

In fact, DVD Ripper just help you rip your DVD to your PC or other players but not with the burn and editor features.
But I know a tool can do all of your require, it alway works well for me. And I didn`t need other DVD tools after I got one. It can rip dvd/video, editor dvd/video and burn dvd/video onto a DVD with the highest conversion speed on the market!
